Inside Sales is responsible for generating new business using a number of techniques and sales tools including outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow up. Additional responsibilities include many aspects of Sales Support and Customer Support.


  • Prospecting
  • Responding to customer calls
  • Identifying potential prospects – Build and manage a prospect pipeline through prospecting
  • Deliver customized sales presentations and products demonstrations, by phone/ web-demo
  • Effectively move in-bounds leads through the qualification process
  • Accurately manage your sales activity with our CRM database
  • Be a driving force in the success of the company’s goals and objectives through achieving individual goals

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Understanding of sales prospecting strategy and techniques
  • Proficiency in windows-based software programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with or similar CRM software
  • Highly professional phone, email, correspondence, and social networking presence
  • Communicate effectively and persuasively
  • 1+ Yrs. Sales experience with demonstrated history of sales achievements


  • High School Diploma or GED Required
