The Customer Success Manager is critical role that combines relationship management, client satisfaction and revenue generation. The ideal candidate brings a proven record of success in driving customer adoption, has had responsibility for revenue retention and demonstrated an ability to promote future growth in their assigned accounts.


  • Develop and maintain sophisticated knowledge of CareCap’s products and services
  • On-board new clients with a focus on quickly promoting CareCap platform usage
  • Provide customer service support and troubleshoot issues for assigned accounts
  • Conduct regular “Quarterly Business Review” calls with existing CareCap clients to develop and maintain extraordinary relationships to ensure their satisfaction and retention while helping to grow CareCap’s incremental revenue
  • Position CareCaps’s value proposition as part of the overall business solution, linking these benefits back to the key business issues of the client
  • Through networking calls with existing clients, develop referrals into new opportunities and maintain Client Referral program
  • Regularly review assigned accounts to highlight key results, analyze metrics, demonstrate value, and emphasize the ROI, as well as, recommend process/procedure changes to better utilize CareCap’s services
  • Build and effectively execute account plans and strategies for each assigned account
  • Assist in identifying and developing scalable account management tools and methodologies that can be applied across the Account Management team

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:

  • Understanding of sales prospecting strategy and techniques
  • Proficiency in windows-based software programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with or similar CRM software
  • Highly professional phone, email, correspondence, and social networking presence
  • Communicate effectively and persuasively
  • Ability to manage multiple, concurrent client relationships
  • Ability to identify, critique, suggest, and implement intelligent changes to the clients’ business optimization processes
  • Ability to anticipate change and adjust priorities accordingly
  • Ability to work as a team, as well as independently, and mentor other members of the Account Management team
  • Strong teamwork skills; proven self-motivation and passion for their profession
  • 1+ Yrs. Sales or Support experience with demonstrated history of achievements


  • High School Diploma or GED Required
